ISLAMABAD: Tehreek-e-Taraqqi-o-Kamal has appointed Faris Khalid Mashori as the Vice President of the party’s Islamabad chapter, as part of its efforts to further strengthen the party’s organizational structure.
According to the party, an official notification regarding the appointment has been issued by the central leadership.
Congratulating the newly appointed office-bearer, Chairman Major General (Retd.) Farrukh Bashir expressed confidence that Faris Khalid Mashori would play an important role in making the party stronger, more active, and better organized in Islamabad through his abilities, integrity, and commitment to public service.
The chairman said Tehreek-e-Taraqqi-o-Kamal believes in promoting capable, sincere, and principled individuals to leadership positions, adding that Mashori’s appointment reflects the party’s vision of strengthening its organizational framework with dedicated leadership.
The ceremony was also attended by the party’s Central Joint Secretary, Zeeshan Ahmed Khan, who congratulated Faris Khalid Mashori on assuming his new responsibilities. He expressed hope that the appointment would further strengthen the party’s presence in Islamabad and enhance its ability to serve the public effectively.
Speaking on the occasion, Faris Khalid Mashori thanked the party leadership, particularly Chairman Major General (Retd.) Farrukh Bashir, for reposing confidence in him.
He pledged to work in accordance with the party’s manifesto and said he would dedicate his efforts to strengthening the party organization, serving party workers, and addressing public issues in an effective manner.
The appointment is part of the party’s ongoing organizational restructuring aimed at expanding its political presence and improving coordination at the regional level.
Party leaders said the inclusion of experienced and committed members in key organizational positions is expected to improve grassroots engagement and support the party’s broader objectives of public service and organizational development.
Tehreek-e-Taraqqi-o-Kamal has stated that it will continue strengthening its organizational network across the country by appointing qualified individuals to leadership roles and enhancing its outreach at the local level.
