The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has decided to strengthen Counter Terrorism Wing with the help of the latest technology and international collaboration to investigate the terrorists’ finances,
The CTW will detect banking records and crypto transactions of terrorists. The money trail of big terrorist attacks will be determined.
FIA will examine the latest blockchain analytics to break the financial networks of terrorists. Special monitoring will be conducted about suspicious crypto transactions.
The Federal Investigation Agency, Pakistan Crypto Council, and other law enforcement agencies will work jointly to curb the situation.
Pakistan Crypto Council, under the supervision of Bilal bin Saquib, will provide technical and coordination support to the FIA.
The monitoring of banking and digital assets will be made more effective. Identifying local and international sources of terrorist funding will be a central focus of the investigation.
Suspicious money transactions through crypto and traditional banking channels will be closely monitored. FIA’s digital investigation framework will be made more effective for coordinated action.
