The court declared decisions of subordinate courts regarding issuance of identity cards null and void.
The court declared that questionnaires of doubtful citizenship will be heard only in NADRA and federal government forums.
Court also declared that it is mandatory to first refer to NADRA Verification Board in citizenship dispute.
Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani issued a decision on NADRA’s petition.
