Hyderabad: Doctors and healthcare workers staged a protest rally from Civil Hospital Hyderabad to Hyderabad Press Club under the banner of Grand Health Alliance Sindh, demanding their legitimate rights.
The protesters demanded salary increases, withdrawal of unfair FBR taxes, restoration of the paramedical service structure and promotions, and the return of health centres handed over to PPHI to the Health Department.
The leaders said healthcare workers are serving the public day and night and urged the government to accept their demands and take immediate practical steps.
