Jamshoro: On the special directives of SSP Jamshoro Muhammad Zafar Siddique Chhanga, police operations against criminal elements are continuing across the district.
Under the supervision of DSP Kotri Shahnawaz Jokhio and led by SHO Kotri Inspector Ghulam Asghar Taneo, Kotri Police conducted an operation and intercepted a Corolla car allegedly carrying a large quantity of narcotics and harmful substances.
During the search, police arrested two suspects identified as Muhammad Asif Brohi, a resident of Quetta, and Akram Shah, also a resident of Quetta.
According to Jamshoro Police, 12 sacks of supari and 13 sacks of choora were recovered from the possession of the suspects, bringing the total number of recovered sacks to 25.
Police took the recovered material and vehicle into custody and registered a case against both suspects under the relevant legal provisions. Further investigation is currently underway.
The Jamshoro Police spokesperson said that operations against criminal and drug-related elements would continue across the district without discrimination.
