Free Veterinary Treatment and Vaccination Camp Held by Sindh Agriculture University for Local Livestock Farmers

Tandojam (Mehboob Hussain Buzdar): Sindh Agriculture University Tandojam has organized a free veterinary treatment and vaccination camp for local livestock farmers as part of the Independence Day celebrations. The camp is being held at the Veterinary Clinics of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Sciences, where sick livestock are being provided free medical examinations, treatment, ultrasound services and vaccinations.

The camp was organized under the direction and guidance of Vice Chancellor Sindh Agriculture University, Engineer Professor Dr. Altaf Ali Siyal, and under the supervision of Dean Faculty of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Sciences, Dr. Syed Ghiyasuddin Shah Rashdi, and veterinary expert Dr. Ahmed Nawaz Tunio.

The primary objective of the camp is to provide timely and free medical care to livestock belonging to local farmers, while also vaccinating animals against various diseases. A large number of livestock owners brought both sick and healthy animals to the camp for examination and treatment.

During the camp, veterinary expert Dr. Ahmed Nawaz Tunio and the relevant staff conducted medical examinations, diagnosed diseases, performed ultrasound examinations, provided treatment and administered vaccinations. Free medicines were also provided to livestock owners where required.

Dean Dr. Syed Ghiyasuddin Shah Rashdi and other university officials visited the camp and reviewed its various activities. Dr. Ahmed Nawaz Tunio briefed them about the medical examinations and veterinary facilities being provided to livestock owners.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Syed Ghiyasuddin Shah Rashdi said that establishing free veterinary camps by Sindh Agriculture University not only strengthens relations between the university and the public but also plays an important role in providing timely medical facilities to local livestock farmers and contributing to their economic security.

Local livestock farmers appreciated the initiative of Sindh Agriculture University and expressed their gratitude to the university administration for providing free veterinary examinations, disease diagnosis, treatment, ultrasound services, vaccinations and medicines.
