Membership of 32 MNAs, including a federal minister, suspended for failure to submit asset details

Islamabad: The Election Commission has suspended the memberships of National Assembly members for failing to submit their asset declarations.

According to the Election Commission, the memberships of 32 members of the National Assembly have been suspended. In addition, the memberships of 50 members of the Punjab Assembly and 33 members of the Sindh Assembly have also been suspended.

The suspended members of the National Assembly include Federal Minister Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui, Syed Ali Musa Gilani, and Syed Abdul Qadir Gilani.

Among the suspended members of the Punjab Assembly are Rana Sikandar Hayat, Adnan Dogar, and Aamir Hayat Haraj, while Sindh Assembly member and Provincial Minister Saeed Ghani is also included.
