Meanwhile, in Sukkur, the iconic Lansdowne Bridge became the focal point of New Year celebrations. In southern Punjab, the cities of Multan and Faisalabad also celebrated the New Year in a grand manner. The federal capital Islamabad hosted one of the most eye-catching fireworks displays of the night. Additionally, fireworks launched from the Emirates Downtown Building along the Expressway lit up the sky with brilliant, multicolored lights. In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar’s skyline was also illuminated with colorful fireworks. Residents gathered at various locations to watch the displays, as the city welcomed the New Year with joy and excitement. Similarly, Quetta joined the nationwide celebrations with fireworks and musical events. Despite the city’s colder weather, people came out to participate in the festivities, enjoying both the visual spectacle of fireworks and the lively music. The celebrations in Quetta highlighted the shared national spirit, as citizens across provinces marked the New Year together.
