Islamabad: The federal cabinet has approved the Visa Clearance System on the recommendation of the Ministry of Interior, marking an important step toward improving transparency, efficiency, and security in the visa process for Pakistanis traveling abroad. Along with the Visa Clearance System, the federal cabinet also approved the National Cannabis Control and Regulatory Policy 2025. According to the cabinet communiqué, the primary objective of the Visa Clearance System is to make the process of obtaining visas more transparent, secure, and user-friendly for Pakistani citizens seeking to travel abroad.
