Which judges will be available during summer vacations? A schedule has been issued with the approval of the Chief Justice.
According to office order, Chief Justice Sarfaraz Dogar will not take leave and will be available during the holidays.
Justice Sardar Ijaz Ishaq Khan will be available in July while he will take leave in the month of August.
Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir will be available from July 1 to 14 and will take leave from July 15 to 31.
Justice Arbab Tahir available from August 1 to 16 and will be on leave from August 17 to 31.
Justice Khadim Hussain Soomro will take leave in July while he will be available in August.
Justice Muhammad Azam Khan available in July while he will be on leave in August.
Justice Muhammad Asif will take leave in July while he will be available in August.
Justice Inam Amin Minhas available from July 1 to 26 and will take leave until August 31.
Pre-arrest and post-arrest bail cases will be heard during the summer vacations.
Cases of unjustified detention and fixed court cases will be heard during the holidays.
Stay order related and other cases that can be fixed quickly.
Circular branch will remain open for case filing.
Court hours in Islamabad High Court during holidays will be from 9:30 to 2:00.
Court hours on Friday will be from 9:30 to 12:00.
Islamabad High Court offices will be open from Monday to Thursday and Saturday from 9 to 3:30.
Office hours on Friday will be from 9:00 to 12:30.
