Karachi: Investigators have uncovered a massive amount of digital data from the mobile phone of Anmol alias “Pinkie”, who was arrested on charges related to drug trafficking.
According to officials, a forensic report prepared by the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) has been submitted to the investigating officer, revealing extensive digital evidence linked to the case.
Massive Data Recovery from Device
Sources confirmed that more than 100GB of data was retrieved from the suspect’s mobile phone during forensic analysis.
The recovered material includes:
- Approximately 75,000 photos and images
- Screenshots of online transactions
- Records of bank slips related to client payments
- Financial communication and related digital evidence
Extensive Contact and Call Records Found
Investigators also recovered a large volume of communication data from the device, including:
- Over 13,000 contact numbers
- Around 42,000 call logs
Officials say the scale of the data suggests extensive digital activity and possible involvement in a broader network.
Dual WhatsApp Accounts Discovered
The forensic examination further revealed that the accused was operating two WhatsApp accounts on a single mobile device, raising additional questions for investigators regarding communication patterns and coordination methods.

Authorities are currently analyzing the recovered material to determine the extent of financial transactions and possible links to other individuals involved in the case.
Investigators are also cross-checking banking records and digital evidence to build a comprehensive case file.
