Lahore: The nikah ceremony of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz’s daughter, Mahnoor Safdar, is scheduled to take place on September 12.
According to sources, the ceremony will be held at Jati Umra, Lahore, and will be a private family affair.
Sources said that only close family members have been invited to attend the nikah ceremony. The event is expected to be held in a simple and private setting, with no large-scale public gathering planned.
Mahnoor Safdar is the daughter of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz and Muhammad Safdar. The family has reportedly made arrangements for the ceremony at their Jati Umra residence.
The nikah ceremony is expected to be attended by immediate and close relatives, while details regarding any subsequent wedding functions have not been officially announced.
The event comes as Maryam Nawaz continues to carry out her responsibilities as Chief Minister of Punjab alongside her family commitments.
No official statement has so far been issued regarding the guest list or other details of the ceremony.
