Sukkur Civil Defence conducted fire safety inspections at Red Crescent Hospital and Mustafai Trust Hospital on the directives of the Director Civil Defence Sindh and Deputy Commissioner Sukkur.During the inspection, fire safety SOPs, emergency arrangements and staff training were reviewed. Fire safety compliance at Red Crescent Hospital was found satisfactory, while Mustafai Trust Hospital was directed to improve its safety arrangements.Civil Defence officials stressed that hospitals must ensure proper firefighting, emergency evacuation, rescue and first-aid training for staff. Authorities said fire safety inspections and awareness activities will continue at hospitals, schools and other public places across Sukkur.
