Emerging Pakistani actress Anum Hussain has revealed that she had prayed for another opportunity to work with Sajal Aly after enjoying her first experience working alongside the acclaimed actress.
In a recent interview, Anum shared that her first project was Main Manto Nahin Hoon, where she played a small role and had the opportunity to work with Sajal. She said she enjoyed the experience so much that, at the end of the shoot, she prayed to work with Sajal again.
According to Anum, her prayer was eventually answered, and she got another opportunity to share the screen with Sajal Aly.
Anum also spoke highly of Sajal’s attitude toward fellow actors. She recalled Sajal telling her that once everyone is on set, there is no distinction between senior and junior artists—they are all equal.
She further praised Sajal’s professionalism and supportive nature. Anum explained that actors who are not part of a particular shot often leave the set, but Sajal would remain present and repeat her lines so that the actor appearing in the scene could deliver their dialogue more effectively.
Anum said Sajal’s willingness to support her fellow performers helped them perform better and reflected her humility and professionalism.
The actress expressed her appreciation for Sajal, saying that her positive attitude and supportive behavior made working with her a memorable experience.
