The Iranian Army has claimed that missile attacks have killed 560 U.S. soldiers so far. In an official statement, the Iranian military said that a U.S. military base in Kuwait had been completely disabled.

According to the Iranian statement, the U.S. aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln was targeted with four missiles.

However, the United States Central Command (CENTCOM) stated that the Abraham Lincoln was not hit and that the Iranian missiles did not reach the U.S. naval fleet. CENTCOM confirmed that three American personnel were killed and five others were injured during the strikes.

The conflict escalated further with Iran reportedly attacking three oil tankers belonging to the U.S. and the U.K. in the Strait of Hormuz. Drone attacks were also carried out on a U.S. military base in Bahrain, and a naval vessel near Muscat was targeted.

Iranian Army Chief General Amir Hatami declared that attempts to subjugate Iran would fail, stating that Iranian forces will continue to defend the nation with strength, following pre-planned and practiced strategies.
