Karachi: Airport immigration authorities offloaded two passengers who were traveling to Cambodia on valid visas.
According to officials, passengers Sunil Gill and Victor I.M. Samuel were found suspicious during questioning at the time of immigration clearance.

Deputy Director Immigration Shehzad Akbar stated that during an examination of Sunil Gill’s mobile phone, political asylum applications sent to the United Nations were discovered, which also included the name of Victor I.M. Samuel.
He further said that Sunil Gill revealed Victor Samuel was assisting him in matters related to seeking political asylum abroad. However, Victor Samuel claimed that the document was baseless and stated that its purpose was to obtain political asylum in the United States from abroad.
