Karachi: The Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA) has de-sealed the dental clinic of former President Arif Alvi.
The matter was discussed in the Sindh High Court’s constitutional bench during a contempt of court petition related to the sealing of Alvi’s clinic. During the hearing, Barrister Ali Tahir informed the court that the SBCA had de-sealed the clinic following the filing of the contempt petition.
Barrister Ali Tahir also stated that, with the clinic now de-sealed, no further legal action is sought in the matter.
The court took the petitioner’s stance on record and disposed of the contempt petition filed against the DG SBCA and others, based on the withdrawal of the request.
