KARACHI: Gold prices have witnessed a significant increase across Pakistan, with the price of gold per tola rising by thousands of rupees.
According to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of gold increased by Rs11,300 per tola, after which the new price reached Rs449,236 per tola.
The price of 10 grams of gold also increased by Rs9,688, reaching Rs385,147.
Meanwhile, in the international market, gold prices climbed by $113, reaching $4,268 per ounce.
Market analysts attribute fluctuations in gold prices to changes in international rates, currency movements, and global economic trends.
