Hollywood star Mel Gibson and his longtime partner Rosalind Ross have confirmed their separation.
According to international media, 69-year-old Mel Gibson and 35-year-old Rosalind Ross revealed that they quietly parted ways nearly a year ago.
The couple shares an 8-year-old son, whom they will continue to raise jointly.
In a statement shared with People magazine, the former partners said, “Although it is sad to close this chapter in our lives, nature has blessed us with a beautiful son, and we will remain the best parents possible for him.”
It is worth noting that Mel Gibson was previously married to Robyn Denise. That marriage lasted 26 years before ending in 2006.
Despite their separation, both Gibson and Ross emphasized their commitment to co-parenting and providing a stable and loving environment for their child.
