KARACHI: Combing search operations are continuing across South District on the directives of SSP South Mahzoor Ali as part of ongoing efforts to maintain law and order and curb criminal activity.
A grand combing operation was carried out today in the jurisdictions of Frere and Defence police stations under the supervision of the SDPOs of Defence and Frere. The SHOs of Defence, Frere, and Artillery Maidan police stations, along with their respective teams, participated in the operation.
During the operation, all entry and exit points of the targeted area were sealed before police conducted a thorough search of hotels, shops, temporary residences, and houses.
Police detained six individuals on suspicion due to their suspicious activities. Their identities are currently being verified, and the verification process is ongoing.
Police said such operations will continue as part of efforts to apprehend criminal elements and ensure peace and security across South District.
