Kandiaro, August 2, 2026: An alliance of political and social parties staged a protest in Kandiaro against SDO Farooq Kaburo, alleging that he behaved inappropriately with young political leader Anees Sehto and his associates a day earlier.
The demonstrators chanted slogans and demanded the immediate removal of the SDO, urging government officials to treat citizens with dignity and respect.
Protest leaders stated that inappropriate behavior by public officials towards the public is unacceptable under any circumstances. They warned that if their demands are not addressed, they will expand their protest campaign in the coming days.
