In an Instagram story, the actress wrote that it was deeply disturbing that a woman who went to the hospital to save lives was instead targeted with acid.

She said she was shaken after learning about the attack on Dr. Mahnoor Nisar (also reported as Dr. Mahnoor), who was assaulted inside a hospital premises.

Strong Condemnation of Violence

Mahira Khan described the act as brutal and inhumane, calling it an example of extreme violence.

She wrote that she could not even imagine such an incident and expressed that she was “shaking with anger” after hearing about it.

The actress further stated that the doctor deserves protection and safety, emphasizing that no one has the right to destroy another person’s life in such a manner.
