The meetings will focus on strengthening strategic ties between Pakistan and China, which have historically maintained close diplomatic, economic, and political relations.

Celebrations of 75 Years of Diplomatic Relations

The prime minister will also participate in events marking the completion of 75 years of diplomatic relations between Pakistan and China.

The anniversary celebrations are expected to highlight decades of friendship, cooperation, and mutual support between the two countries.

Expected Agreements and MOUs

According to officials, several agreements and memorandums of understanding (MoUs) between Pakistan and China are likely to be signed during the visit.

These agreements are expected to cover multiple sectors, including:

Focus on CPEC and Economic Cooperation

A major part of the discussions will center around the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), a flagship project under China’s Belt and Road Initiative.

Trade and investment ties will also be a key focus, with Pakistan aiming to attract further Chinese investment in various sectors of its economy.
