Sindh Government spokesperson and Mayor of Sukkur, Barrister Arsalan Islam Sheikh, in a video message during his visit to the Chief Minister Sindh Public Complaint Cell, stated: “Today, I am personally present at this complaint cell, where under a modern, integrated, and transparent system, public complaints are being formally registered and immediately forwarded to the relevant departments to ensure timely and effective resolution.” He said, “This is not just an office but an effective platform where the state is directly listening to its citizens and ensuring prompt action.” Barrister Arsalan Islam Sheikh added, “This initiative reflects the people-friendly vision of Pakistan Peoples Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and the dynamic leadership of Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah, under which the government system has been fully activated for public service.” He further stated, “The Sindh government is using modern technology and digital monitoring to track every complaint in real time, ensuring not only immediate solutions but also continuous improvement in institutional performance.” In his message, he shared that “under the special directives of the Chief Minister Sindh, government spokespersons and Special Assistants to the Chief Minister have been assigned daily duties to remain present here, listen to public issues, and ensure their prompt resolution.” He said, “This complaint cell is being developed as a one-window facility where citizens, instead of visiting multiple offices, are provided immediate access, guidance, and relief on a single platform.
