Hyderabad: On the directives of SSP Hyderabad Shahzaib Chachar, open courts were held in different subdivisions of Hyderabad to address public complaints, resolve issues promptly, and provide citizens with effective legal protection.
Senior police officers, including SPs, SDPOs and concerned SHOs, attended the open courts and listened directly to the complaints and applications submitted by citizens. Officers were directed to take immediate steps and ensure necessary legal action for the timely resolution of public grievances.
The open courts provided citizens with an opportunity to directly communicate their police-related, legal and other concerns to senior officers. Citizens appreciated the initiative and the prompt attention given to their complaints.
The initiative is aimed at strengthening direct communication between police officials and the public and improving the delivery of police services.
