ISLAMABAD: The National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) has obtained cryptocurrency data belonging to young entrepreneur Mir Raza, according to investigative sources.
Sources said the investigators had requested six months of Mir Raza’s cryptocurrency data, which has also been submitted to the judicial commission in a format similar to call detail records (CDRs).
According to investigative sources, the police have asked the NCCIA to conduct an analysis of the data to determine the number of cryptocurrency transactions carried out on a daily basis during the six-month period.
The analysis is expected to provide details of the frequency and volume of transactions made during the period under investigation.
Sources said the NCCIA is likely to complete the analysis and provide the findings to the police by tomorrow.
