Sukkur Municipal Corporation’s Anti-Encroachment Department continued its operation against illegal encroachments on the directives of Mayor Barrister Arsalan Islam Sheikh and under the supervision of Municipal Commissioner Khalid Hussain Jatoi.

The operation was carried out in different areas of Ghanta Ghar, Hussaini Road and Pak Colony. During the action, encroachments established on roads, footpaths and public passages were removed and the routes were cleared to improve traffic flow and facilitate public movement.

Municipal Commissioner Khalid Hussain Jatoi said the operation will continue across different parts of the city. He warned shopkeepers and traders against placing goods outside their shops or creating obstacles on public pathways.

He made it clear that illegal encroachments will not be tolerated and that strict action will continue in accordance with the law to ensure safe, smooth and convenient movement for citizens.
