The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has unveiled the Accommodation Management System (AMS) to invite online applications from eligible employees for allotment of CDA residential accommodation under the CDA Accommodation Allocation Regulations-2025.

According to a circular issued by the CDA Directorate of Administration on Monday, eligible CDA employees can register and submit applications through the web portal ams.cda.gov.pk. The guidelines for completing the application process have been made available on the portal in both Urdu and English.

The CDA fixed September 18, 2026, as the last date for submission of applications. Administrative officers of the respective directorates will assist employees in completing the application process, while the IT Directorate has nominated a focal person to provide technical assistance for portal-related issues during office hours.

The authority clarified that only employees who submit applications in response to the current call and whose applications are accepted will be included in the relevant General Waiting List (GWL) and considered for allotment of residential accommodation. The GWL will remain operative until all eligible applicants on the list are accommodated.

Employees who do not apply in the current batch will not be included in the GWL or considered for accommodation during its validity.

The CDA said a subsequent batch of applications would be invited only after exhaustion of the existing GWL, following which a fresh waiting list would be prepared according to the applicants’ seniority under the CDA Accommodation Allocation Regulations-2025.
