SUKKUR: Friends and members of the pigeon-fancier community extended their heartfelt congratulations to Raheel Mughal on his appointment as an authorized Khalifa at a ceremony organized under the auspices of Al-Shahbaz Vision Association Kabootar Parwar, Rohri and surrounding areas of Sukkur.
The ceremony was organized on the initiative of Ustad Tariq Andhar, where friends and members of the pigeon-fancier community gathered to congratulate Raheel Mughal on being entrusted with the new responsibility.
