Female members of the Balochistan Assembly on Sunday strongly condemned the killings of a woman and her daughter in Noshki by militants belonging to Fitna al-Khawarij.

Addressing a press conference in Quetta, Adviser to Balochistan CM on Sports Meena Majeed said that the killings of women was a cowardly act and an unpardonable offence. “The only crime Faiza and Hanifa Bibi had committed were that they were peace-loving citizens,” she said, adding the incident had proved that these militants not only targeted security forces’ personnel, but also innocent citizens.

She vowed to bring perpetrators of the crime to justice. “We strongly condemn this incident,” Meena said, adding the incident had removed the lid from the face of India-sponsored militants.

She said the killings of women was an incident of house trespass.

Speaking on the occasion, provincial Education Minister Raheela Durrani said that everybody condemned violence against women.

She said that militants would not be able to achieve their nefarious designs through such acts.
