Sukkur: On the occasion of Pakistan’s Independence Day, Sukkur Police took effective security and public facilitation measures across the district to ensure the safety and convenience of citizens. Police officers and personnel were deployed at various recreational spots, parks and important intersections, where they performed their duties to protect and guide the public.

During the celebrations, Sukkur Police successfully traced four children who had gone missing from different recreational locations, including Benazir Park and Navy Park. Through timely action, the police located the children and safely reunited them with their families.

The parents and family members of the recovered children expressed their gratitude to Sukkur Police and appreciated the prompt response and professional services of the police in ensuring the safe return of their children.

Sukkur Police continued to take comprehensive measures during the Independence Day celebrations to protect the lives and property of citizens and provide them with assistance and guidance. The safety and service of citizens remain the top priorities of Sukkur Police, while police officers and personnel are carrying out their responsibilities with professionalism, dedication and commitment, said SSP Sukkur Azhar Khan.
