The session was attended by the chief guest, Dr. Ambreen Usmani, Principal of Jinnah Sindh Medical University (JSMU), along with special guest Joint Executive Director Dr. Sulaiman.
The event was also attended by Prof. Dr. Nighat Shah, Head of the Department of Gynaecology; Dr. Shائستا, Head of the Department of Radiology; Dr. Shabnam, Head of Ward 7; Deputy Director Dr. Kausar; Deputy Director Dr. Shanila; Dr. Maria; Dr. Farrukh; and several other distinguished faculty members of the institution.
The highly informative practical session was conducted by Dr. Zaheer and Dr. Adil, covering infection prevention measures, standard precautionary practices, practical steps to reduce infection rates, and strategies to enhance patient safety.
Doctors and staff members of the Emergency Department actively participated in the important training session and benefited from the practical guidance provided.
The initiative was regarded as a highly useful and informative effort aimed at strengthening infection-control practices, enhancing staff awareness, and contributing to improved patient safety at JPMC.
