KUNB: Police have launched action against suspects allegedly involved in the murder of young mason Faiz Muhammad Soomro within the jurisdiction of Kunb Police Station.
The operation was conducted under the supervision of Kot Diji DSP Mudassar Hussain and Kunb SHO Muhammad Bachal Qazi.
According to the police, raids were carried out at the houses of individuals nominated in the murder case. During the operation, the houses of the alleged suspects were demolished.
Police also arrested two suspects nominated in the case, identified as Ahmad Ali Rind, President of the Union of Journalists, and Babu Rind.
Kunb SHO Muhammad Bachal Qazi said that police action was also continuing against the main suspects who remain at large in connection with the murder.
He said efforts were underway to arrest the absconding suspects and bring them before the law as soon as possible.
The police officer said that further action would be taken against those found involved in the case according to the law.
The murder of Faiz Muhammad Soomro had sparked concern in the local area, and police have intensified their efforts to identify and arrest all individuals allegedly connected with the incident.
Police said the investigation is ongoing and further developments are expected as the remaining suspects are traced.
The allegations against the arrested individuals will be subject to investigation and the due legal process.
