HYDERABAD: Badin police have established a dedicated Madadgar Police 15 service to provide citizens with quick assistance, protection, and emergency police response.
The initiative was launched on the instructions of SSP Badin Qamar Raza Jiskani to improve public access to police services and ensure timely assistance in emergencies.
Through Madadgar Police 15, citizens will be able to contact the police 24 hours a day in case of an emergency, complaint, security concern, or any situation requiring police assistance. The service is intended to provide a rapid response to people in need.
The Madadgar Police 15 office has been established at Police Station Badin, where designated police personnel will remain available around the clock.
According to the police, when a citizen calls 15 for assistance, the staff at the helpline will immediately inform the relevant police officers and personnel so that necessary action can be taken without delay.
Citizens have been advised to dial 15 from their mobile or telephone whenever they face an emergency or require police assistance.
The new service is expected to make it easier for residents of Badin to reach the police and seek help during emergencies. It will also provide a direct communication channel between citizens and the police department.
Following the launch of the service, DSP Badin Shakeel Ahmed Solangi, SHO Badin Sub-Inspector Ala-ul-Khaskheli, Madadgar Police 15 In-charge ASI Ayaz Ali Ansari, and other police personnel conducted patrols in different parts of Badin city.
During the patrol, police officers interacted with citizens and assured them of their safety and security. The patrol was also aimed at increasing the visibility of police personnel in the city and strengthening public confidence.
SSP Qamar Raza Jiskani said the establishment of Madadgar Police 15 is intended to provide citizens with timely police assistance and improve the overall security environment in Badin.
The service will remain operational around the clock, allowing residents to contact police whenever they need immediate help.
Badin police have urged citizens to use the 15 service in genuine emergencies and situations requiring police intervention.
The initiative is being presented as an important step toward improving public safety, emergency response, and communication between the police and local community.
