Bulri Shah Karim: A wave of insecurity continues in Bulri Shah Karim as police have allegedly failed to control law and order, with another man brutally murdered and his body recovered from a sugarcane field.
According to reports, the tortured body of 40-year-old villager Noor Ahmed Soomro, son of Seth Alam Soomro, was found near village Jahan Khan Soomro within the limits of Bulri Shah Karim Police Station.
Upon receiving information, police reached the scene, took the body into custody, and shifted it to the Civil Hospital Tando Muhammad Khan for medico-legal procedures.
Local residents said that Noor Ahmed Soomro was brutally killed. They claimed that his face had been badly injured and showed marks of attacks with a sharp-edged weapon.
Meanwhile, SHO Bulri Shah Karim Abdul Hakeem Soomro confirmed that a tortured body was recovered from a sugarcane field. He said the victim had severe injuries on his face, suggesting that he was murdered.
The SHO added that the body had been shifted to the hospital and further investigation into the incident was underway.
