Sukkur: The Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO) has approved the payment of a bonus for its employees, with the amount expected to be credited to their bank accounts today or by tomorrow, according to an official statement.
The approval comes under the leadership of Chairman of the Board of Directors Ghulam Mustafa Laghari, Chief Executive Officer Engineer Ijaz Ahmed Channa, and the Board of Directors, who have been credited with taking steps aimed at improving employee welfare.
According to a press release issued by SEPCO spokesperson Tufail Ahmed Soomro, the management described the bonus as an acknowledgment of the dedication and services of the company’s employees and extended congratulations to all staff members.
The spokesperson said the administration remains committed to promoting employee welfare, professional development, and a better future for the workforce. He added that similar positive initiatives would continue in the future to enhance employee motivation and improve the organization’s overall performance.
Following the announcement, SEPCO employees expressed their gratitude to Chairman Ghulam Mustafa Laghari, CEO Engineer Ijaz Ahmed Channa, and the Board of Directors for approving the bonus.
