Search and Combing Operation Against Foreign Afghan Nationals Across the District, Particularly in Kotri Site Khuda Ki Basti, Under the Special Directives of SSP Jamshoro Zafar Siddiq Changa
Acting upon the special directives of SSP Jamshoro Zafar Siddiq Changa, a comprehensive search and combing operation was conducted against foreign Afghan nationals in various areas of District Jamshoro, with a specific focus on Kotri Site Khuda Ki Basti. The operation aimed to identify and apprehend individuals residing illegally in the area, ensuring the enforcement of law and order.
The operation was led by SHO Site Kotri Inspector Khair Muhammad Mallah, SHO Kotri Sub-Inspector Suleman Lashari, and CIA Incharge Nazar Muhammad Panhwar. Under their supervision, police teams meticulously searched numerous residential compounds, temporary shelters, hotels, and other locations deemed suspicious. The operation involved thorough checks of documentation and verification of the legal status of individuals.
During the proceedings, several suspects were taken into custody. Those found to be residing without legal authorization were transferred to the respective police stations for further legal action, in accordance with the laws governing foreign nationals.
SSP Jamshoro Zafar Siddiq Changa emphasized that operations against individuals residing illegally in the district will continue indiscriminately and without interruption. He reiterated the police’s unwavering commitment to protecting the lives and property of citizens and maintaining public peace. “The police are taking all possible measures to ensure the safety and security of the people. Our resolve to establish lasting peace and order remains steadfast,” he stated.
The press release further assured the public that such initiatives are part of a broader strategy to strengthen security, combat illegal activities, and uphold the rule of law.
