KARACHI: The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has forecast rain in Karachi today and tomorrow, with cloudy conditions expected to prevail over the city during the next three days.

According to the Met Office, Karachi’s sky is likely to remain mostly cloudy, while the maximum temperature is expected to range between 33°C and 35°C over the coming days.

The PMD said stronger-than-usual winds are expected to blow throughout the day, accompanied by a possibility of rainfall. Light rain is also forecast for Monday.

Hot and Humid Conditions Continue in Peshawar

Meanwhile, the PMD said hot and humid weather continues to grip Peshawar, where the maximum temperature could reach 42°C over the next 24 hours.

However, the department has forecast rain in most districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa beginning tonight, with the wet spell expected to continue for up to three days, likely bringing some relief from the heat.
