Islamabad: In a major step toward strengthening Pakistan’s technology and capacity-building sectors, Saudi Arabia’s GO Telecommunication Group has announced the establishment of a “GO AI Hub” in Pakistan.
The announcement came during a high-level meeting between Pakistan’s Minister for IT and the Saudi company, facilitated by the Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC).
According to details, the AI Hub will be officially inaugurated later this month. Its primary goal is to promote knowledge transfer, skill development, and collaboration on digital problem-solving between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.
Both countries also agreed to enhance cooperation in the areas of data centers, digital infrastructure, and technical training, marking a significant milestone in their bilateral technological partnership.
