Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar has sold four luxury apartments worth nearly ₹20 crore in Mumbai’s high-end real estate market within a single month.
According to Indian media reports, property registration records show that on June 30, 2026, Akshay Kumar sold two luxury apartments on the 18th floor of Oberoi Enigma in Mulund West, Mumbai, for ₹12.38 crore.
Each apartment has a built-up area of 1,886 square feet and includes three parking spaces.
Akshay Kumar had purchased these two apartments in 2017 for a combined price of ₹9 crore. By selling them, he earned a profit of approximately ₹3.3 crore.
Earlier in June 2026, he also sold two apartments in Oberoi Sky City, located in Borivali East, Mumbai, for ₹7.10 crore.
According to Indian media, Akshay Kumar sold a total of four residential properties worth approximately ₹19.5 crore during the month.
