Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has announced that Islamabad police is recruiting for 1,712 vacancies, dubbing it a long-awaited opportunity for young boys and girls, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

In a post uploaded on X platform on Saturday, Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi said “If you have the passion to serve Pakistan with honour, courage, and integrity, this is your chance.”

The minister maintained that candidates from any province, region, and corner of Pakistan are encouraged to apply.

“Tests will be conducted in your nearby areas. Only four days remain, don’t miss this opportunity,” he said and added “Let me make it absolutely clear, merit will be the only criterion for selection.”

Mohsin Naqvi said any attempt to influence the recruitment process will result in immediate disqualification. “Join Islamabad Police. Serve Pakistan with pride. Apply Online http://npftas.pk,” he added.
