MAHARAJGANJ, INDIA: An intoxicated man climbed a high-voltage electricity pole in India’s Uttar Pradesh state, drawing a large crowd after reports spread that he had scaled the structure and was lying on the power lines.
According to Indian media, the incident occurred in Maharajganj district, where the man allegedly climbed an 11,000-volt electricity pole while under the influence of intoxicants.
