Sukkur – Under the banner of Jamaat Islah-ul-Muslimeen, District Sukkur, a grand Jalsa-e-Milad Mustafa ﷺ was organized at Branch Goth Buxhal Khan Lakhan, SITE Area Sukkur. The spiritual gathering was presided over by Dr. Saeed Awan (Press Secretary, Jamaat Islah-ul-Muslimeen Sindh), Khalifa Mahmood Ali Memon, Hafiz Azmatullah Memon, Maulana Bilal Ahmed, and Wadera Buxhal Khan.
The event witnessed a large number of devotees, scholars, and community members who gathered to express their love and reverence for the Holy Prophet Muhammad ﷺ.
Keynote Address by Renowned Scholar
The keynote address was delivered by Khalifa Maulana Qari Rehmatullah Lashari Tahiri, a distinguished scholar from Jamshoro. In his sermon, he emphasized that:
The illustrious teachings of the Prophet ﷺ provide the foundation for success in both worldly and spiritual life.
By adopting the Prophet’s message, Muslims can promote love, tolerance, peace, harmony, and respect for humanity.
True devotion to the Prophet ﷺ requires upholding the rights of fellow human beings (Huquq-ul-Ibad) along with devotion to Allah.
He reminded the audience that the Prophet ﷺ is Rahmat-ul-Alameen (Mercy for all worlds), whose life is filled with countless miracles and divine guidance.
He urged participants to remain steadfast in spreading the message of Ishq-e-Rasool ﷺ, declaring it as the true hallmark of a sincere Muslim.
Other Scholars’ Contributions
At the gathering, Mufti Maqbool Ahmed Panhwar Tahiri also delivered a speech, highlighting the role of love for the Prophet ﷺ in uniting the Ummah and protecting it from discord.
Prominent naat khawans, including Saad Raza Qasmi, recited beautiful naats in honor of the Holy Prophet ﷺ, filling the atmosphere with spiritual devotion and reverence.
