HYDERABAD, June 12, 2026: Hyderabad Police have arrested a woman during a raid on an alleged premises involved in immoral activities and registered a case under relevant provisions of the Pakistan Penal Code, according to an official police statement.

The action was carried out under the directives of DIG Hyderabad Range Tariq Razaq Khan Dharijo and SSP Hyderabad Shahzeb Chachar, as part of ongoing operations against criminal elements and individuals allegedly involved in social crimes and unlawful activities.

According to the police spokesperson, Sakhi Pir Police Station conducted a raid at a location in Memon Plaza following complaints received from local residents regarding suspected illegal activities at the premises.

During the operation, police arrested a woman identified as Rashida Parveen alias Hina. Authorities stated that additional evidence was also collected from the location during the raid.

Police officials said the action was taken after multiple complaints were reportedly submitted by people living in the area, prompting law enforcement authorities to investigate the matter and conduct the operation.

Following the arrest, legal proceedings were initiated against the suspect. A case has been registered on the complaint of a resident, Mohsin Ali, under Crime No. 90/2026.

According to the police statement, the First Information Report (FIR) has been registered under sections 371-A, 371-B, 506(II), 504, and 34 of the Pakistan Penal Code (PPC).

Authorities emphasized that investigations are ongoing and further legal formalities are being completed in accordance with the law.

The Sakhi Pir Police stated that operations against individuals involved in illegal and anti-social activities will continue without discrimination. The department reiterated its commitment to maintaining law and order and ensuring a safe and peaceful environment for residents.

Police officials further said that efforts are being made to address public complaints promptly and to take action wherever unlawful activities are reported.

The spokesperson for Hyderabad District Police concluded by stating that further investigation and procedural action in the case remain underway. It is important to note that the allegations mentioned in the FIR are subject to investigation and determination by the courts in accordance with due process of law.
