Punjab Assembly Member Sara Ahmed has said that Pakistan–China relations have reached their highest point under the leadership of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Field Marshal Asim Munir.

Speaking at a youth exchange panel held at Capital Normal University in Beijing, Sara Ahmed said that the strong leadership of both Pakistan’s civilian and military leadership has played a key role in strengthening bilateral ties between the two countries.

She stated that future cooperation between Pakistan and China will be further strengthened through universities, research, innovation, and the active involvement of the younger generation. According to her, international youth exchange programs play an important role in bringing the youth of both countries closer and promoting mutual understanding.

The event was organized by the International Department of the Communist Party of China (IDCPC), for which she expressed gratitude, thanking them for their hospitality and invitation.

Sara Ahmed emphasized the importance of academic collaboration and technological cooperation between Pakistani and Chinese youth. She said that Pakistani students studying in Chinese universities are serving as ambassadors of goodwill, helping strengthen friendly relations between the two nations.

She further noted that the youth can play a vital role in promoting peace, eliminating extremism, and building a brighter future. According to her, the longstanding friendship between Pakistan and China symbolizes regional stability, development, and prosperity.
