PESHAWAR: The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Peshawar has postponed all papers of the Matric Annual Examination-II 2026 scheduled for October 7 to 10 in view of the political situation in the province, a board spokesperson said.

The postponed papers are part of the Oriental Languages Examinations 2026, the spokesperson said.

Controller BISE Peshawar said that new dates for the postponed papers would be announced later.

However, examinations scheduled after October 10 will be held according to the already issued date sheet, the controller said.

Candidates will be able to check the revised date sheet on the BISE Peshawar website once it is announced.

The board administration has advised candidates not to rely on any unverified information regarding the postponed papers until a new date sheet is issued, and to refer only to the official sources of the Peshawar board for information about the revised examination dates.
