Lahore High Court Registrar Raja Qamar-uz-Zaman has been made an officer on special duty and posted as OSD at the Sessions Court, Rawalpindi.
Sessions Judge Abdul Rahim has been appointed as the new registrar of the Lahore High Court.
Abdul Rahim previously served as director general of the Directorate of District Judiciary.
The notification was issued following the approval of Lahore High Court Chief Justice Aalia Neelum.
Sessions Judges Raja Qamar-uz-Zaman and Abdul Rahim have been directed to assume their new responsibilities immediately.
Both judicial officers have been asked to take charge at their new posts on or before Oct. 6.
