A dinner was hosted in Sukkur by Awam Pakistan in honor of newly elected office-bearers, where organizational appointments and the future roadmap were also announced.
The dignified event was held at a private hotel in Sukkur, organized by Dr. Zulfiqar Abro, and attended by a large number of central and provincial party leaders as well as local workers. The atmosphere was enthusiastic, with participants expressing strong confidence in the party leadership.
Among the notable attendees were Provincial Convener Sardar Anwar Soomro, Central Vice President Ali Akbar Soomro, and Central Joint Secretary Imtiaz Ahmed Memon, along with other distinguished figures. Leaders reiterated their commitment to strengthening the party’s organizational structure and accelerating public outreach efforts.
During the event, Sardar Anwar Soomro made key organizational announcements, appointing Dr. Zulfiqar Abro as District Sukkur Convener, while Nizam Soomro was assigned the role of Divisional Convener. He expressed hope that the new leadership would play a vital role in organizing the party at the grassroots level.
In his speech, Sardar Anwar Soomro strongly criticized current government policies, calling them anti-people and stating that citizens are facing inflation, unemployment, and law and order issues. He said the government lacks both awareness and seriousness in addressing public problems.
He further stated that Awam Pakistan is emerging as a true public party, representing the voice of the common people and capable of bringing real change in the country. According to him, the party leadership is working on a clear and effective strategy to resolve public issues.
Sardar Anwar Soomro expressed confidence that if Awam Pakistan comes into power, a new era of prosperity will begin, basic facilities will be provided to citizens, and ample employment opportunities will be created for the youth. He emphasized that eliminating unemployment and insecurity would be among the party’s top priorities.
He added that under the leadership of Shahid Khaqan Abbasi and Miftah Ismail, Awam Pakistan aims to steer the country toward development, stability, and a brighter future where every citizen has equal opportunities and a better quality of life.
The event concluded with a dinner in honor of the participants and prayers for the party’s continued success.
