Madina Colony Police conducted a successful operation and arrested a suspect allegedly involved in street crime. An illegal firearm and a stolen motorcycle were recovered from his possession.
During routine patrolling, police officers stopped a suspicious person riding a motorcycle and searched him. A .30-bore illegal pistol was recovered from his possession.
The motorcycle, bearing registration number KNM-4941, was also checked and found to have been stolen from the jurisdiction of Saeedabad Police Station. A case regarding the theft had already been registered at the relevant police station.
During preliminary interrogation, the suspect reportedly revealed that he had previously been arrested in several cases and had served time in jail.

- Case No. 316/2021 under Section 6/9-C of the CNS Act, Madina Colony Police Station.
- Case No. 317/2022 under Section 6/9-C of the CNS Act, Madina Colony Police Station.
- Case No. 81/2026 under Section 9(2)2 of the Sindh Control of Narcotic Substances Act, 2024, Madina Colony Police Station.
A new case has been registered against the suspect. He has been handed over to the Investigation Unit for further legal proceedings and investigation.
