KARACHI: The Sindh Cabinet has approved the formation of a judicial commission to investigate the circumstances surrounding the death of Mir Raza, according to sources.
Sources said approval for the establishment of the judicial commission was obtained from members of the Sindh Cabinet through circulation.
The investigation into Mir Raza’s death will be conducted under the supervision of a serving judge of the Sindh High Court. According to sources, the Sindh government will request the Chief Justice of the Sindh High Court to nominate a serving judge to head the commission.
